Dear Ez,
What does a man really want?
I've recently gotten into some heated discussions about relationships with some male friends of mine. I'm tired of men saying that they can't find a good woman and that women these days can't be trusted because all they want to do is run around. Yet, these are the same men who run like hell in the other direction if they meet a lady who says she is looking for a meaningful relationship. All of a sudden she's taboo.
Tell me, when did it become a bad thing for a woman or anybody to want a steady, committed relationship? Why is it abnormal to want to be with one person at a time? It's not to say that I'm looking for a husband, if that is how it turns out then great, but I'd like to find someone who's not afraid of spending some quality time with me. I don't like dating several men at once, I find it can be a little uncomfortable and it isn't me. Will someone please tell me what are men afraid of? What do they really want? Do they even know?
Signed,
Bewildered Female.
